The goal of the CCC is to help Corpsmembers find good jobs when they leave. This is so important to the program that Corpsmembers are encouraged to move on to other jobs even before their one year commitment is over. At least in my day, this was called ‘positive attrition’, losing Corpsmembers for good reasons.
